In the early 80s, Dr. John Parker Hammond studied the methods of potentially cloning dinosaurs from fossil samples of DNA. Its initial team included one doctor Henry Wu, who will later become extremely important in the formation of both "yur" thematic parks.
Hammond, Wu, and the rest of the team managed to clone the prehistoric animal in 1984, which led to many interests of investors to the project. In the end, Hammond was able to collect enough money to form a corporation called International Genetic Technologies Inc. (Ingen), and to begin the creation of research institutions in Palo -Alto, California and Isle of Isla Srex off the coast of Costa -Riki.
On Isla Tors, scientists managed to clone several types of dinosaurs, and Hammond himself began working on plans to show them for the public. His original idea was to create a large amphitheater, similar to the structure in San Diego, but in the end he changed his mind and continued plans for the entire thematic park on Isla-Nelia, neighboring island.
While this is happening, the Ingen research group continues to improve its cloning methods by combining dinosaur DNA (taken from fossilized mosquitoes preserved in amber) with the girl's girlfriends. They also decided to clone all dinosaurs as women to prevent uncontrolled reproduction.
Unfortunately, just as it was close to completion, the employee Park is killed, trying to move the bicycle. Hammond investors pan and demand that experts are allowed to inspect the park and confirm its security. A group of investors sends two representatives, a lawyer named Donald Gennaro and Jan Malcom, mathematics and imitator Jeff Goldbamum. Meanwhile, Hammond invites a paleontologist named Alan Grant and Paleobotanist named Ellie Satter.
By this moment, the park is more or less exploited (although future attractions were still under construction), and Hammond was so confident in its security measures that he invited his grandchildren for a trial launch.
All these plans come out of the window, although when the perfect storm (literally) failure enters the park. A large tropical storm turns to the island, forcing most park employees to evacuate, with the exception of a small team of the skeleton of the chief engineer of Park Ray Arnold, the head of the game Robert Maldun and the chief programmer Dennis Nedri. Making the situation is much worse than Nedri worked with a competing technological company known as Biosyn to steal part of the Ingen dinosaurs. Seeing the storm as a great opportunity to escape with DNA, Nedri intentionally sabotes the park security system.
